Kasem Ko represents buyers, sellers, and financial institutions in commercial and residential transactions of all sizes and degrees of complexity. Our clients include real estate developers, property owners, property management companies, investors, condominium associations, lessors, and lessees. We assist our clients in real estate transfers, and draft, review, and negotiate offer agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and lease agreements.

Our attorneys combine business law expertise with real estate experience to advise our clients as to the most appropriate entities for entering into a real estate contract. The recommended entities may consist of a trust, partnership, corporation, limited liability company, or a combination thereof. We also advise clients on situations where the use of a particular entity is ill-advised.

Our firm's experience extends to the representation of developers in all aspects of development, from the acquisition of property, through the development, construction, and leasing or sale of the property asset. We have represented developers before administrative boards on zoning, accessibility, and ADA compliance issues.
